Product Prices
The price of any product largely depends on the product’s status. When you make an inquiry on our inventory, please be sure to ask about the product status as well. The price and product status are the ones given at the time of the estimate, therefore, please note that the product may become sold out by the time you place an order.
Guarantee (The guarantee rules are effective only within Japan.)
We provide an early-stage defect guarantee. Although an operation check is conducted prior to sale, if you kind the product is broken please contact us within seven days (one month for engines and gear boxes) of the product’s arrival date or the delivery date (delivery by hand). Furthermore, please note that in such cases the parts replacement cost and other related expenses will be the customer’s responsibility. If products are improperly installed or are misused, they may become damaged. Please ensure that products are installed by us or another reliable body shop.
Payment Methods and Handling Fees
The following payment methods are available:
Bank Transfer wire transfer(Worldwide)
Once the money transfer has been confirmed, the product(s) will be shipped to you.
Our bank account number will be provided to you upon your purchase of the product(s). Please be advised that the bank handling fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
* Your order will be canceled if no money transfer is made within three days after your order placement.
Credit Cards (Worldwide)
Payment can be made via PayPal. Depending on product, a handling fee may be applied.

Cash on delivery(Japan Only)
Please pay cash to the delivery person upon your receipt of the product(s).
The COD fee ranging from 315 yen to 630 yen (including tax) is required separately, in addition to the shipping fee.

Via Convenience Stores (Japan Only)
Payment can be made at any major convenience store throughout Japan. Upon purchase, please indicate the name of the convenience store through which you will make a payment.? Once your payment has been confirmed, the product(s) will be shipped to you.? (You can make a payment up to 300, 000 yen using this method.)
* A handling fee of 210 yen (tax-included) will be applied separately.
* Your order will be canceled if no payment is made within three days after your order placement.
* Please note that there is a payment due date for each payment number issued.
Payment at 7-Eleven
Print out the payment form displayed on the screen upon your product purchase (or write down on a piece of paper the “payment number” (13 digits)), then go to the nearest 7-Eleven. At the register counter, tell the cashier you want to make an “Internet payment.” Please make the payment using the payment form, or give the cashier your “payment number” and pay in cash.
Payment at Lawson
Write down, on a piece of paper, the “payment acceptance number” and the “customer’s telephone number” that we provided to you upon your product purchase, then go to the nearest Lawson. Press the “Internet Payment” button on the "Loppi" multimedia terminal located in the store, and input your numbers. Please pay the cashier using the ticket that is issued to you.
Payment at Family Mart
Write down, on a piece of paper, the “payment acceptance number” and the “customer’s telephone number” that we provided to you upon your product purchase, then go to the nearest Lawson. Press the “E-context (Internet payment)” button in the “Payment” list on the "Fami Port" multimedia terminal located in the store, and input your numbers. Please pay to the cashier using the ticket that is issued to you.
Payment at Seico Mart
Write down, on a piece of paper, the “payment acceptance number” and the “customer’s telephone number” which we gave you upon your product purchase, then go to the nearest Seico Mart. Press the “Internet Payment)” button on the multimedia terminal Club Station located in the store, and input your numbers. Please pay to the cashier using the ticket that is issued to you.
Shipping
Used parts are shipped directly from the store that has them in its inventory.
Shipping operations are made from Monday to Saturday only. No shipping is made on Sundays, the Japanese holidays, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.??
Products will be shipped only after your payment is confirmed. if no money transfer is made within three days after your placement of the order your order will be canceled.
Shipping Fees
In addition to the purchase-price(s), a shipping fee, packaging fee (for international shipping*1) and bank transfer fee (*2) will be charged.
(*1) Because special packaging is required for international shipping, the packaging fee is charged.

Return Policy (The guarantee rules are effective only within Japan.)
Even if the product(s) should be defective, the expenses incurred, including the cost of labor for installation and/or replacement, peripheral parts cost and wrecker cost, are not corered by the guarantee.
When Package Damage Is Found upon Product Arrival
Please make a claim to the shipping company by the next day of the product arrival. After this period has passed, the guarantee may not be applied.?
When the Delivered Product is Different From Your Order, or When the Delivered Product Is Right But Can’t Be Installed
Please contact us within seven days after the product’s arrival date (the product arrival day is included in these seven days).??
* If the incorrect order has been made by the customer, the product(s) cannot be returned.
