3. We conduct the final inspections to see if there are any cracks and scratches prior to shipment.
During the final inspections, we check the electric equipment by connecting power.
4. All products are thoroughly cleaned with due care.
This is truly professional work! Because engines can be damaged if water gets inside, all the areas concerned are sealed to prevent water from coming in before cleaning with high-pressure steam.
5. Products are packaged and then shipped to you.
Before shipping, all the parts--from small to medium size--are packaged with care in order to avoid damage during shipment
Engines and transmissions are firmly secured to wooden pallets prior to shipment.
In some cases, an engine may be packaged in a wooden crate as shown in the photo above. The crate is then loaded into the truck using a lift.
