(Many of our customers fax us a copy of the vehicle registration document with the desired parts, address, name and other contact information written in the blank space underneath the copied document on the same sheet of paper.)
We will provide you with information on the desired product(s), such as inventory status, prices, shipping fees and status of the products. If necessary, we’ll also describe the parts in detail with pictures. So, even if you’re a first-time customer we believe you'll be satisfied our services.

Payment and Shipping
Once the payment has been confirmed, the product(s) will be shipped to you. The product(s) will be cleaned and carefully packaged prior to shipment.
The product(s) will be shipped from the store that has the inventory.
Products are shipped Monday to Saturday only. No shipping operation is conducted on Sundays or holidays.
