Dismantling Procedures
We at Taishu Automobile dismantle cars that have been acquired as parts-supply vehicles by taking the following procedures. We sort waste materials before disposal. (When the vehicle is acquired as a used car, we sell it to a used-car dealer without dismantling.) The dismantled vehicles, oil , fluid, and Freon are properly disposed of according to the Automobile Recycling Law. This means you can have peace of mind.
1. Recovering Freon
CFC-12 and HFC-134a are sorted when recovering Freon. The recovered Freon is then sent to the Freon disposal company through the automobile recycling system and is properly disposed of.
2. Recovering Waste Oil and Fluids
Conforming to the regulations, waste oil such as engine oil and transmission oil, and waste liquid such as coolant (LLC) are separately stored. Subsequently, disposal of such waste oil and liquid is then outsourced to an industrial-waste disposal company.
3. Recovering a Waste Battery, Tires, Air Bags, Etc.
The disposal of other waste materials such as a battery, tires and air bags is outsourced to an industrial-waste disposal company.
Ignition powders are removed from air bags in order to avoid erratic behavior and are then sent to the disposal company.
4. Disposal of Dismantled Vehicles
After recovering all the usable parts, the dismantled car is disposed of as industrial waste.
Now that all the parts have been removed, the only thing that remains is a body frame.
